Acorn Squash 

2 medium sized Acorn Squash
8 tablespoons of butter
8 tablespoons of brown sugar





Preheat oven to 400ºF.  Cut each squash in half. Spoon out seeds and throw away. If needed cut a sliver off the bottom to make the squash stand straight. Arrange in a microwave safe dish side by side. Add a tiny amount of water to bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes or until squash is soft. Remove from microwave and spoon in 2 tablespoons of butter per halve. Next add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to each halve. Place in oven for 20 min.
