Oysters
1 pint of oysters
buttered bread crumbs
2 strips of bacon, cut up and cooked |

Grease 9"x10" pan with butter generously. Put
oysters in pan, shake gently to butter oysters all over. Put bacon bits on
top and among oysters. Top with bread crumbs and put under broiler. watch
carefully until they curl. Don't over cook. Garnish with parsley and serve.
