Banana Nut Bread

4 cups of all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups of nestle carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
4 large eggs
3 1/2 cups of mashed very ripe bananas
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of chopped walnuts 

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Combine the flour, dry milk, baking powder and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Beat the eggs, bananas, sugar and oil in large mixer bowl on medium speed until well blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture, stir in the nuts. Spoon into prepared loaf pans. Bake for 60 65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes 2 loaves
