Bacon Dressing

6 slices of bacon
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of French salad dressing
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped capers

Cook the bacon until it is crisp. Drain and crumble. Mix together the mayonnaise, French dressing, vinegar, onion, parsley, and capers. Chill. Serve over green salads. Sprinkle the bacon to top. Makes 1 cup
