Beef Burgundy RecipesFromScratch.com9/4/06

2 pounds of beef (sirloin tip cut into bite size)
1 can of consommé
1 jar of small white onions
1 can of mushrooms
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of burgundy or more

Brown the beef and place in greased casserole. Mix flour and breadcrumbs, stir into meat. Add other ingredients. Cook at 300ºF. oven for 4 to 3 1/2 hours in covered casserole. Serves 8
