Chees-It
8 strips of bacon
1/2 pound of Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons of mustard
2 or 3 drops of Tabasco
1/2 cup of onions
1/3 - 1/2 cup of catsup
6 English Muffins
Grind up 1/2 pound of cheese. Fry strips of bacon and break into
small pieces. Combine the bacon and cheese. Add 1/2 cup of
onions, 2 teaspoons of mustard, Tabasco, and catsup. Spread
mixture on English muffin halves and bake at 350ºF. just until
cheese starts to melt. Serves 6. Great party dish. |
