Crusty Sausage Cakes
1 pound of bulk sausage
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup of crushed cornflakes
1 teaspoon of fat |

Shape sausage into 8 patties, 1/2 inch
thick. Dip in egg, roll in cornflakes. Pan fry slowly in heavy skillet.
Serve with applesauce. 4 servings
