Curried Cauliflower w/Garlic1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 teaspoons of butter
2 cloves garlic , crushed
2 teaspoons of curry powder
1 tablespoon of horseradish, freshly grated
1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt, at room temp., mixed with 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
freshly ground black pepper
fresh dill or dried dill weed


Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water until tender, about 10 - 15 minutes. drain. In same pot melt butter and heat garlic, curry powder, horseradish, and yogurt. Add the cooked cauliflower and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and chopped fresh dill or dill weed.
