| Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of margarine
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese, light variety
1 1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs |

Topping
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of butter
Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar, cream well. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Beat well each addition. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan; pour in batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 40 minutes.
