Cream Cheese Frosting

3 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of confectioners' sugar

Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together in bowl until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar to cream cheese mixture, beat until fluffy. Frosts one 12 inch cake

Cream Cheese Frosting 2

1/2 cup of butter or margarine, softened
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
One 16 ounce package of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of instant tea
1/8 teaspoon of salt

Cream butter and cream cheese, gradually add sugar, tea, and salt, beating until light and fluffy. makes enough for one 10 inch cake.
