Cinnamon Cream Syrup

1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
1/4 cup of water
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon RecipesFromScratch.com9/17/06
1/2 cup of evaporated milk

In a small saucepan combine the sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk. Serve warm over pancakes or waffles. Makes 1 2/3 cups
