Deviled Crabs 

1 pound of cooked crab
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
a dash of cayenne
1 cup of hot thick cream sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of melted butter

Pick over crab. Stir salt, mustard, paprika and cayenne into hot cream sauce. Add parsley, lemon juice and crab. Pour into crab shells or greased baking dish, sprinkle with crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 4 servings
