Filet Mignon Tarragon

1/4 cup of Burgundy or other dry red wine
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of dried tarragon
Two 4 ounce beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed
Vegetable cooking spray  

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a 8 inch square dish, add the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning the steaks occasionally. Remove the steaks from the marinade, discard marinade. Place the steaks on a rack coated with cooking spray, place the rack in a shallow roasting pan. Broil 6 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Makes 2 servings
