1 cup of evaporated milk 1 cup of sugar 3 egg yolks 1/4 tablespoon of margarine (1 stick) 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 1/3 cup of coconut 1 cup of chopped pecans
Mix first 5 ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Takes about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and thick enough to spread. Makes 2 2/3 cups of frosting.
