Crab Dip
7 ounces of crabmeat, canned or fresh
8 ounces of whipped cottage cheese
1 teaspoon of horseradish
salt and pepper

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small
ovenproof bowl. Bake at 400ºF. for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve as dip on a tray surrounded by Crudités.
Crudités are traditional French appetizers comprising sliced or whole raw
vegetables which are dipped in a vinaigrette or another dipping sauce.
Crudités often include celery sticks, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips,
broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus spears. Source
