| Honey Mustard Dressing
5 tablespoons of medium body honey, sourwood honey is nice 3 tablespoons of smooth Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve as a dressing or a dip.
