Cookie Monster Cookies
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons of water
1 Egg
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of dark brown sugar
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl. Mix in vegetable oil, water, and egg. Mix in 1/2 cup of raisins, oatmeal and brown sugar. Drop small teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
