Individual Salmon Green Bean
Casseroles
one 9 ounce package of frozen Italian green beans, cooked and
drained
one 9 ounce package of frozen artichoke hearts, cooked and
drained
one 15 1/2 ounce can of salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup of canned Hollandaise sauce
1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon of crushed tarragon
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 cup of toasted slivered almonds
Combine beans, artichoke hearts and salmon. Spoon into 6
individual casseroles.
Combine Hollandaise sauce, sour cream, lemon peel, tarragon, and
pepper. Spoon evenly over salmon mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF. 20 minutes, or until heated through.
