Jellied Milk

1 envelope (1 tablespoon)  of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of cold water
1/4 cup of boiling water
1 cup of non fat milk

Soften the gelatin in the cold water. Add the boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the milk and mix well. Place the gelatin milk mixture in a covered container in the refrigerator. When it is jellied, it is ready to be use as Jellied Milk for many recipes. Makes 1 cup
