Lobster Newburg

1 stick of butter (1/4 lb.)
1 package of Langostino
1/3 cup of sherry
1 pint of light cream
2 tablespoons of flour
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 stick of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup of crushed saltines

Melt the butter over low heat. Add sherry and lobster. Simmer about 1 minute. Add flour and stir. Add cream. Bring to boil. Stir until slightly thickened. Butter casserole. Alternate layers of cracker crumbs, Langostino mixture and grated cheese. Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes.
