| | Molasses Pecan Pie 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cup of un-sulphured molasses 3/4 cup of light corn syrup 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 tablespoon of flour 1 cup of pecans 1 unbaked 8 inch pastry shell |
| Combine the eggs, molasses, corn syrup, butter, salt and vanilla; mix well. Mix the flour with a small amount of egg mixture. Stir into remaining egg mixture. Add pecans. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in a 325ºF. oven for 60 minutes or until done. Serve cold
