Old Fashioned Basic Noodle Dough
4 cups of sifted all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 eggs
6 tablespoons of cold water
Mix flour and salt in a bowl; make a well in center. Add eggs, one at a
time, mixing slightly after each addition. Add water gradually, mixing
to make a stiff dough.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
Process as directed in recipes. |
