Oyster & Cheese Pie
3 bacon slices or more
3 eggs, slightly beaten
one 10 ounce can of frozen, condensed oyster stew, thawed
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese, 1/4 pound
a dash of pepper
8" naked pie shell, cooled

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In skillet, sauté bacon
until crisp, drain and crumble. Combine eggs, soup, & milk, mix well. Add
cheese and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with bacon. Bake 35- 40
minutes or until firm in center.
