Onion Corn Bread RecipesFromScratch.com8/28/06

1 package of corn muffin mix
1 can of cream style corn
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of grated cheese
4 tablespoons of sour cream

 

Mix corn muffin mix, corn and egg and place in a 2 quart casserole. Sauté onion in butter, mix with cheese and put in casserole on top of first mixture. Cover with sour cream. Bake at 400ºF. for 30 minutes. Serves 8
