Cut the meat into 2 portions. Mix the flour and salt; pound into meat. Set aside remaining flour. Brown the meat in a small, shallow baking dish. Blend the remaining flour with drippings in skillet. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese; cook stirring constantly, till the mixture boils. Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350ºF. until the meat and vegetables are tender, about 2 hours. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese. Makes 2 servings * Meal idea - This goes great with baked potatoes & a salad of lettuce, oranges and avocado slices!
