Peas with Celery
one 10 ounce package of frozen peas
1/2 cup of sliced celery
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon of crushed dried thyme
Cook the peas, drain. In a small saucepan cook and stir celery in hot butter
over medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender crisp, stir in
thyme. Pour over peas and toss. Makes 4 servings |
