Pork Fried w/Garlic and Black Pepper

1 pound of thinly sliced pork, any cut
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of coarsely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of coarsely chopped coriander root
2 tablespoons of fish soy
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

 

Cut the thinly sliced pork into 1 x 2 inch pieces. Add the vegetable oil to a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir fry the garlic just until it starts to change color. Add the coriander root and pork. Stir fry over high heat for 3 - 5 minutes or just until the pork is no longer pink. Add the fish soy and black pepper and stir fry for 1 minute more.  Serve hot with rice. Serves 6
