| Combine the cranberry sauce, vinegar, and oil in a small bowl, mix well. Arrange the greens on six serving plates, cut core and seeds from each slice. Arrange the pears nicely over the greens. Drizzle the cranberry dressing over the pears and greens, sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings
