1 pint of water 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon 2 whole cloves 2 cups of sliced peaches 2 cups of white wine sugar to taste
Combine the water, spices and peaches in a saucepan and simmer until the peaches are tender. Press through a colander. Stir in the wine and sugar and heat just to boiling point. Chill. Serve in bouillon cups. Apple cider may be substituted for wine. Makes 6 servings
