Combine the biscuit mix with sugar in a bowl and cut in peanut butter. Beat the milk and egg together and add to peanut butter mixture. Beat for about 30 seconds. Spread in a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch pan and spread with marmalade. Sprinkle peanuts over top. Bake at 350ºF. for 25 minutes.

Icing

3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon of milk or water 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle over warm cake Makes 6 - 8 servings
