Penne w/Hot Italian Sausage 1 package of JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Hot Lean Italian Turkey Sausage one 16 ounce penne pasta, cooked and drained 1 cup of refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce, heated 1/2 cup of ripe pitted olives 1/3 cup of sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh Italian parsley Cook the sausage according to package directions. Cut sausages into 1/2 inch slices. Drain sun dried tomatoes; rinse. Add the cooked sausage, olives and sun dried tomatoes to cooked pasta, toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Makes 4
