| Shrimp Mousse
2 packages of unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup of cold water 1 can tomato soup or cream of shrimp soup One 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 onion, chopped fine 4 stalks celery without leaves, chopped 2 small cans of shrimp |
| Mix gelatin and cold water. heat soup and add gelatin mixture to soup. In a bowl, beat cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Stir in onions, celery and shrimp. Add to soup. Cool slightly. Pour into a mold greased with mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Shrimp Mousse
1 can tomato soup 2 packages of Knox gelatin One 8 ounce cream cheese 1 cup of mayonnaise 3/4 cup of chopped celery 3/4 cup of chopped green onion 1 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped popcorn shrimp Salt and pepper to taste
Heat soup to boiling. Soften cheese to mix. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to soup. Add soup to cheese and blend until smooth. Add mayonnaise, then vegetables, then shrimp. Pour into greased mold, chill until firm.
