Spicy Pork Chops with Nectarine Mango Salsa

 1 to 2 tablespoons of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of fajita seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Four 6 ounce boneless pork chops, 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick
1 nectarine, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup of cherry or apricot preserves  

Preheat a covered grill to medium hot. Combine the chili powder, fajita seasoning, salt and pepper. Rub on all sides of the chops. Prepare the grill for indirect cooking. Place the chops on grill rack directly over medium heat. Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes turning once or until the juices run clear. Meanwhile, combine the nectarine, mango, and preserves. Serve over pork chops. Serves 4
