Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

4 tablespoons of  sugarless tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon of mild curry powder or to taste
2 tablespoons of  lemon juice
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned

Mix the ketchup with the curry powder and blend in the lemon juice. Rub over the drumsticks and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Place the drumsticks on a rack in a roasting tin. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool. Makes 4 servings
