Shrimp Creole Stew

1 1/2 cups of raw small shrimp, shelled
16 ounces of frozen broccoli, cauliflower 7 red peppers
one 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

 

In a large saucepan, combine all of the ingredients. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low, simmer for 20 minutes or until the shrimp turn opaque. Makes 4 servings
