Salmon Mousse RecipesFromScratch.com9/2/06

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 small sliced onion 1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of dry dill
1 pound can of drained, boned Salmon

1 cup of heavy cream

Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender on high speed for 40 seconds, turn off blender, add the paprika, dill and salmon turn on high speed again, blend until smooth. Add the cream little by little. Blend for 30 seconds on high. Pour into mold. Chill. Unmold. Serve with melba toast.
