Shrimp with Hot Mushroom Sauce RecipesFromScratch.com9/2/06

1 pound of medium mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
20 medium sized cooked shrimp
1/4 cup of margarine
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of sherry

Sauté the mushrooms and green onions until tender. Set aside. In top of a double broiler add sour cream and condiments blending thoroughly. Stirring occasionally over low heat until thickened. Then add shrimp and then mushrooms and onions. Add the sherry 5 minutes before serving Again, blend very well and keep over low heat until serving.
