| Rinse, drain and cut salmon into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, except butter and crumbs. Turn into a 1 quart casserole. Melt butter, toss with crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with green pepper rings or hard cooked egg slices, if desired. Serves 3 - 4
