Savory Salmon Sandwiches with Dill sauce

Dill sauce:
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Sandwiches
four 6 ounce salmon steaks
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of Great Value olive oil
8 slices of French or sourdough bread
4 Great Value bacon slices, cooked
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced

To prepare dill sauce, combine the sour cream, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl, set aside.

Season salmon with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Grill salmon, covered with grill lid, 5 - 7 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into thin slices.

Serve salmon on bread slices with 1 slice of bacon, lettuce, tomato and dill sauce. Serves 4
