Salmon w/Mustard Sauce
4 large salmon steaks
1/4 cup of dry white wine
1 minced shallot
2 tablespoons of minced fresh dill
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
1 packet of Sweet 'n Low
1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract
Set oven to 400ºF. Place salmon steaks in a large, deep baking pan and
cover with wine. Sprinkle with shallots. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes,
basting often with wine. While salmon is baking, mix together in a small
bowl dill, sour cream, mustard, sweetener, and lemon extract until
smooth. Serve over salmon. Serves 4.
