Savory Rice & Lobster
1 large lobster tail, about 10 ounces
Paprika
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
A dash of pepper
2 tablespoons of dry white wine
one 6 ounce package of long grain and wild rice, cooked
according to package directions
Cook lobster in boiling salted water 5 minutes.
Rinse lobster tail with cold water. Remove meat from shell and
cut up. Sprinkle lobster pieces with paprika.
Brown lobster lightly in butter in a skillet. Sprinkle with
lemon juice. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into a 1
quart casserole.
Bake, covered at 325ºF. for 25 minutes or until heated through.
If desired, sprinkle with snipped parsley. 4 servings |
