Scalloped Green Pepper Oysters
2 cups of Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 tablespoon of pimento
1 tablespoon of green pepper
1 tablespoon of parsley
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 pound of margarine, melted
1 pint of oysters with liquor
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup of cream of mushroom soup

Combine the crackers, pimento, green pepper, parsley, salt and margarine.
Combine oysters and liquor, egg & soup. In a 8 x 11" casserole, first make a
layer of half the crumb mixture, then the oyster mixture and finish with the
remaining crumb mixture. Bake in 325ºF. oven for 45 minutes.
