Shrimp Casserole #3
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pounds of raw, deveined shrimp
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 can of defrosted frozen cream of shrimp soup
1 can of cream of tomato soup
1/2 cup of light cream
3 tablespoons of sherry
Melt butter in skillet, sauté onion, green pepper, and garlic for
5 minutes. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and paprika; sauté for 3 minutes.
Stir in two soups, cream and sherry. Turn mixture into buttered 2 quart
casserole and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes or
until top is brown. Serves 8 |
