Thai Peanut Noodles

8 ounces of thin spaghetti
1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of  water
1 tablespoon of  vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of thinly sliced onion
1 cup of snow peas, cut into 1" lengths
3 cups of fresh bean sprouts
1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onions (green part only)

Cook spaghetti and drain. Chop peanuts (blender good). Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions. Stir about 2 minutes, then add snow peas, bean sprouts and 1/2 the soy mixture. Cook about 3 minutes, stirring. Add remaining soy mixture along with chopped peanuts, green onions and drained pasta. Toss well and serve. 4 servings.
