| Veal Loaf
2 pounds of ground veal 2 beaten eggs or 3 egg whites 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/3 cup of catsup 1 cup of cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs 1 cup of pimento-stuffed olives
Combine veal, eggs, lemon juice, catsup, crumbs and olives; mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 8. |
