Veal Parmesan

6 veal slices
2 tablespoons of bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
One 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of red wine
Six 2 inch wide strips of  sliced Mozzarella

Marinade veal in dressing for 30 minutes. Coat well with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan. Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown veal on both sides. Remove from heat. Spoon tomato sauce over veal. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with red wine. Place cheese slice over each piece of veal. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Serves 3-6.
