Dredge meat with flour, brown in fat with onions. add seasonings, sauerkraut and wine, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream, cover and simmer for 30 minutes longer. Just before serving add additional seasonings to taste. Makes 6 - 8 servings
