Veal In Cream

In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in 4 Tbsp. butter until onion in tender or translucent. Add veal and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Season if you wish.
Add cream; simmer covered, for 10 minutes. In a separate pan, sauté mushrooms in remaining butter for 2 - 3 minutes. Add brandy and combine with veal. Serve with noodles or rice. |
