| Coarsely grate zucchinis and cheese into a bowl. Add onions. Dredge with enough flour to dry mixture fairly well. Add the baking powder, salt, pepper and beaten eggs. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil, approximately 365ºF. when lightly browned, drain on paper towels. Serves 6 to 8
