Easy Bleu Cheese Bites
1 package (10 count) of refrigerated biscuits
1/4 cup of margarine
3 tablespoons of bleu cheese, crumbled
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. arrange pieces on 2 greased 8x1 1/2-inch
round baking pans. Melt margarine; add cheese and stir to blend. Drizzle
cheese mixture over biscuits. Bake in 400ºF. oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 40 appetizers.
